This 12oz bag of Kenyan coffee was selected from the growing regions of Nyeri, Kirinyaga. Grown at 1,400–1,800m. Handpicked by smallholder farmers and processed at cooperative washing stations, and dried on raised beds. This produces a clean, consistent, high-clarity cup.
Flavor Profile: Rounded medium body with a Butyric finish. Experience flavors of Pomegranate, Red Currant, and Honey Suckle.
100% Kenyan arabica AA+. Suitable for Pour-Over, Cold Brew, and Drip methods.
Whole Bean: grind immediately before using.
Ground: finish within one month of opening.
