Processing: 99.9% of caffeine removed by mountain water process (MWP), using water from Pico de Orizaba. A 100% chemical-free method that removes caffeine while preserving as much of the coffee's original flavor compounds.
Flavor Profile: A modern, rounded cup with a Medium-Dark roast and clean finish. Taste Almond, Orange Zest, and Brown Sugar.
100% Arabica. Suitable for Pour-Over and Drip brewing methods.
